Shipping Information
We process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery timeframes vary based on shipping method selected at checkout and destination. All orders are shipped with tracking information, which will be provided once your order has been dispatched. We are not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect shipping addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight/size.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.
